This program is ideal for the Time Poor Athlete and suitable for female and male. Every session is designed so that you're in an out within the hour. Though do not think for a second that we are taking it easy on you. Each session is designed to break you and having you leave the gym thinking "That was the best session ever!"
You will be required to complete 3 WORKOUTS a week. For 4 weeks every workout is different to the next. Thats 12 different sessions over a 4 week period. You will then get the opportunity to repeat each workout 2 more times over another 8 weeks. Making it so easy for you to keep track of your progress.
